Prior to your first consultation, you will be required to complete a detailed health and nutrition questionnaire. In addition, you will be asked to fill out a 7-day food diary. These will be emailed to you and should be returned before one week before your first consultation. The Initial consultations will last for approximately 1 hour. During this time, you will be asked detailed questions about your current health concerns, medical history diagnosis and treatment, family history, current symptoms, food habits, lifestyle and level of physical activity. And the use of medications, supplements and diets.

I will then evaluate your individual needs and use the extensive evidence base for nutritional science to develop a personalised, safe and effective nutrition and lifestyle programme. After your initial consultation, you will receive a personal nutrition and supplement programme via email, which will contain recommendations specific to your particular needs I will also email relevant handouts and recipes where appropriate. All advice will be thoroughly explained to you in a 30-minute phone call to discuss your plan at a time convenient to you.

Most people will require a follow-up consultation to assess their progress or to make small changes and alterations to their programme/protocol. The second consultation usually takes place 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation. These sessions usually takes 30 minutes and look to build on the progress that you have made to date. I may request that you start to take nutritional supplements or undergo specific tests. All tests are carried out in private regulated laboratories and will incur extra cost, but you will be notified of any extra cost during the consultation. This will only be a recommendation to increase the efficacy of the therapy plan I am recommending.
